I entered the software quality industry driven by a passion for uncovering hard-to-find defects hidden in the darkest corners of complex software systems. Early in my career, I moved to the West Coast during the technology boom, where I rapidly built experience working with outsourced development and QA organizations. Supporting a diverse customer base allowed me to rapidly expand my technical breadth—often shifting in a single day from testing low-level printer drivers to validating e-commerce mobile applications.

This constant context switching—learning unfamiliar systems from the ground up, often with little or no documentation, and building effective test strategies from scratch—sharpened my instincts as a quality professional and strengthened my ability to assess risk quickly and pragmatically.

Today, I bring broad and deep experience across software quality domains, from hardware enablement and device drivers to cloud-native platforms and containerized applications. I help organizations design, enhance, and scale quality practices that align with their specific technologies and business goals. Just as importantly, I focus on sustaining those practices over time, ensuring quality operations evolve alongside modern tooling, automation, and industry best practices.
